One of the local parks has a 5K cross country course that we run sometimes and walk other times. The dogs have a great time sniffing everything and then usually peeing on it too.

You'd better get in shape....we'll be doing some hiking and skiing here, for sure !!! Well, maybe it's Pop and Mom who really need to get in shape for your visit.
